Shipping & Return Policy
November 2021 Update:
USPS has recently slowed down the delivery of some first-class mail so some packages may take longer to arrive.
For US delivery addresses, we recommend ordering by Monday, December 13, 2021, for Christmas gifting, but please note that delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
For international addresses please note that USPS has suspended delivery to some countries due to COVID-19 and others are experiencing significant delays. Please check here for the latest updates.
Domestic US: Our main carrier is USPS Priority. Most orders should reach you within approximately 7 business days.
International: We use USPS First Class Mail International and USPS Priority Mail International. You can choose your preferred method during checkout. Please note that you are responsible for import taxes and fees.

Lost or Missing Packages: Chibitronics is not responsible for any packages that are lost or damaged once the package has left our fulfillment center. Chibitronics is also not responsible for any packages that are missing that have been marked delivered by the carrier.
Returned products must be new, unopened and returned within 30 days of purchase. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number. Please note: shipping will not be be refunded. All shipping charges for returns shall be the responsibility of the buyer, except in cases of defective or incorrect merchandise.
